Templates

		Templates are available on most screens where you are able to type in notes. You can set different templates for each screen, and if you are taking calls using Direct Dial Inwards then you can change the template based on the DDI signature.

		Click the Include button or use the mouse to drag templates above the black divider bar if you want them to be visible
		Click the Exclude button or drag templates below the divider bar if you want them to be hidden
		The order of the templates above the divider bar reflects how they will be nested on screen. The template at the top of the list will be outer-most around the edge of the screen.
		Note Although there is no limit to the number of templates you can have visible, the practical limit is four or five because after that the screen space in the centre of the templated area becomes too small to use.
		Click the Edit button to change a template's properties
		Click the New button to create a new template

		Click the Delete button to delete a template file (This will delete the file. To hide it from view around a particular screen click the Exclude button rather than deleting it.)
		Note You can set the thickness of a template in the Preferences part of Setup.
